Exhausting scenes at the Beast of Ballyhoura, a 40 hour non stop adventure race, over three counties covering over 300km of terrain, which included, mountain biking, dawn swimming, kayaking, night time orienteering on the Galtee Mountains, before finishing on Sunday evening at Blackwater Castle, Castletownroche, Co Cork.
