McTear’s Auctioneers  employee Joe Trotter with a 100-year-old Irish whiskey that was sold at McTear’s Auctioneers  in Glasgow this week.

The bottle, from the long-closed HS Persse Nun’s Island Distillery in County Galway, fetched £3,300 when went under the hammer along with other rare and collectible Scotch and Irish whiskey bottles.
